02CIV-CarbonX climate platform
A national AI powered carbon credits and climate intelligence platform: carbon registry, AI based monitoring and verification, a national trading exchange and a government revenue dashboard.
03CIV-LogiX national logistics platform
Ten digital and AI modules including a national logistics control tower, port and terminal optimisation, a digital freight marketplace, smart corridor management and paperless trade documents.
04Côte d'Ivoire Ship Registry
Formalisation and commercial expansion of the national ship registry, with a digital registry platform and a Dubai based regional administration office serving the Middle East, Gulf and Asia.
05360° tourism and destination development
A ten pillar programme covering national tourism strategy, infrastructure and accommodation, culture and entertainment, ecotourism, digital marketing and skills, applying the Dubai and Abu Dhabi model with Ivorian authenticity.
06Defence and security cooperation
A compliance first facilitation framework across defence capability areas: equipment, vehicles, communications and counter drone systems, always subject to export licences and end user certificates.
07Digital entertainment and gaming ecosystem
Development of online gaming, esports, the creator economy, game studios and digital commerce, with regulated eGaming technology handled strictly on an invitation only basis.
08Modern retail, supermarket and F&B development
Shopping malls, supermarkets, organised distribution and food and beverage concepts serving a young, urbanising market of more than 32 million consumers.
09Mining and mineral development
Partnership and service framework across mineral exploration, extraction support, processing and the aviation and logistics services that remote mining operations depend on.
